  • I collaborated with the CEO and the team to clearly redefine their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This was crucial for gaining a deep understanding of their clients’ needs and pain points, which allowed me to develop a more effective campaign and improve conversion rates.   • I recommended relaunching an optimized CPC campaign to compare the results with their previous efforts.
